We opened our resort in June 2011 as a team work of Balinese and Austrian expertise and experience.
Our restaurant team serves you fine authentic international and local cuisine with – as far as possible - organic ingredients from our own gardens.
We do not use any MSG in our kitchen.
We use only drinking water for washing of salads and vegetables and for the preparation of ice for your drinks.
Whole wheat - and white bread, cakes, pasta, cream cheese, patè, ice creams, jams and much more are produced on our own premises.
Besides of dining at KALI MANIK RESTAURANT the quiet and peaceful place is ideal for special buffets, parties, romantic dinners, BBQ`s on the beach etc. We are more than happy to host and cater for your very special event at our premises.
